Malstone Developments Limited (MDL) is a Ghanaian real estate developer founded out of a personal passion for buildings, design, and the construction process.

Too much of the industry ships houses that look good outwardly but skip the fundamentals (proper drainage, sound structural planning) and overcharges buyers for it. Malstone was built to do it differently: plan before we build, choose materials and finishes for durability rather than photographs, and give customers true value for their money.

Within a decade, we want Malstone known for quality, trust, and innovation, with developments that stand the test of time.
